Hello from Aura's Kitchen and welcome to all of the new members of our mailing list!

Did you take a look at the recipes most recently added to the database? Raspberry Barbecue Sauce and Soft Pretzels were the new additions. Make sure that you check the "Recipes" link often as I add new recipes throughout the month.

Valentine's Day Confections brings you three new, very wholesome, nutritious, bittersweet chocolate desserts to delight your love. As an added bonus, the recipes are easy and can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.

Quick and Easy Entrees this month features polenta. The polenta recipes are diverse, one with a Hungarian paprika sauce, one with Italian herbs and another with roasted vegetables. All of the recipes are vegan.

Cakes and Frostings will give you the recipes for three healthy, yet very different cakes. These are all easy, very nutritious recipes and you don't need to wait for a holiday to enjoy them. You will also find many natural and delicious frosting options in a variety of colors in the article. Now you can color your frostings without the use of chemical food coloring.

Cake Decorating Naturally discusses beautifying your cakes for celebrations. It includes easy steps to stenciling, "drawing" on your cake with natural ingredients and frosting with a pastry bag and decorative tips.

Did you know that you can comment on any recipe? At the bottom of every recipe there is a button to click which will enable you to comment or ask a question about that recipe. We look forward to hearing your feedback.

Finally, the forum is now operational. In the forum, we discuss recipes, cookbooks and kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, ingredients and much more. Please feel free to participate.
